A Norfolk Southern General Merchandise Freight Train at Cincinnati

This Norfolk & Western freight train carries coiled steel, coal and manufactured goods from Cincinnati to St. Louis.  Norfolk & Western connected the Eastern Seaboard with the Great Lakes Region and the Midwest.  Norfolk & Western is part of today's Norfolk Southern.
