Altoona, Pennsylvania and the Juniata Shops

Altoona, Pennsylvania is a city rich in railroad history.  Altoona is home to the historic Juniata Shops built by the Pennsylvania Railroad and now used by +Norfolk Southern Corp  to maintain its locomotive fleet and rebuild locomotives such as the SD60E and the SD70ACu.
