Amtrak ALC-42 305 Leads Coast Starlight at Davis, CA

 I am very grateful that my hometown of Davis, California is served by both the Amtrak Coast Starlight and Amtrak California Zephyr trains, as well as a number of Amtrak Capitol Corridor trains.   This morning, I saw the southbound Coast Starlight with Amtrak ALC-42 305 in the lead.

Recently, I saw a Union Pacific auto rack train being pulled by SD70ACe #8789. My hometown of Davis gets a wide variety of Union Pacific trains, as well as the Amtrak California Zephyr and Coast Starlight trains and quite a few Amtrak Capitol Corridor trains.
