SP Heritage 1996 was open to the public at Dunsmuir Railroad Days. I was lucky enough to get in the cab. UP let the public ride Dunsmuir's turntable aboard #1996, as well. Thanks to the City of Dunsmuir, Union Pacific, Feather River Rail Society, Seth Adams and all involved.
