A New Haven Piggyback Train Heads for Boston

A New Haven fast freight makes its way towards Boston.  New Haven's fleet of locomotives and rolling stock in the McGinnis era were dressed in the bold "N over H" logo.
New Haven was an early railroad to try the innovation of piggyback service.  On its fast moving New York to Boston line, it was important to keep freight moving from city to city.
