Rock Island Locomotives in "The Rock" Blue Era

In Rock Island's final era, its locomotives were painted blue.  Its GP38-2's were named after people and places of significance to "The Rock" such as Tom Foster, author of "45 Years on the Rock Island" and Fred McKim, manager of Iowa's West Bend Elevator.
