The Detroit Toledo and Ironton became part of Grand Trunk Western in 1980. Here we see a Grand Trunk Western train carrying steel pipe and industrial goods at Flat Rock, Michigan shortly after the DT and I acquisition. Grand Trunk Western is part of today's Canadian National.
