This weekend I drew Metra's Rock Island Heritage MP36PH locomotive #425 dedicated to recently retired Metra CEO Don Orseno who previously worked for the Rock Island. This locomotive is a great tribute to Mr. Orseno and to the Rock Island by Metra.
